بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. الحمد لله رب العالمين. والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى أله وصحبه أجمعين.

     We hereby declare that this site is fully dedicated to spreading of the pure message of Islam and the removal of the misunderstandings which loomed over the clear sky of Islam. We believe that the pure message of Islam was revealed to the messengers, Muhammad Sallallahu alaihi wasallam being the last of the stream. And the same message passed through the Sahabat and Tabi’oon who took every measures for the protection of the Islamic teachings. The grand scholars of Islam took all possible ways of protecting the crystal clear message of Islam. This stream of Ulamas are normally called Ahlu Ssunna wal Jamaa’at. The four Imams of the Mad’habs in the Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiq’h) and the two Imams in Aqeeda furnished the very important role in protecting the Islamic principles without any threat. Far from the wild interpretation of Qur’aan and the Sunna they followed the way paved by the foremost leaders of Islam. The Imams, far from creating their own ways, were really trying to serve the way taken by The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and his good followers (Sahabat).

    These six Imams are unanimously agreed upon as the leaders of The Ummat (the community of The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). The Imams of Mad’habs formed their Mad’habs by strictly following Qur’an and Sunnah. They never held an opinion which is against the interest of the two main sources of Islam. All their researches were scrutinizing the inner and outer meanings of the Qur’an and Sunnah. They were more learned and with dazzling intelligence and memory power, irrespective of the lack of modern facilities of learning. Even Ibnu Taimiyya (The one who paved the way for the all innovators who came after him till the present day. All the factions, though with apparent differences in approaches, trace to their common ancestor Ibnu Taimiyya) emphasized the greatness of the Imams of Mad’habs who lived and died even before the compilation of the famous collection of the Ahaadeeth by the great Muhadditheen like Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim and the like. Take the words of Ibnu taimiyya “Those who came before the compilation of the Hadeeth books, were more knowledgeable with Qur’aan and Sunnah than those who came later”.

    If the Imams of the Mad’habs before the compilation of the books of Hadeeth were more knowledgeable than the authors of the books of Hadeeth, why can’t we follow the more knowledgeable Imams? It is reported that Imam Ahmad Rahimahullah has memorized more than ten lakhs of Ahadeeth and the other three also did memorize no less than the number. And it is a fact that we the people of the 14^th Century after advent of Islam (i.e the completion of the message of Islam) lost many Ahadeeth which was memorized by the great scholars of Hadeeth. But there are some poor people with limited knowledge who want to outwit the greatest scholars of the Ummat and to make their own Deen by the self ascribed Ijtihad and they want the people (who are now following the great Imams) to follow these modern self posted Mujtahids. Instead of thoroughly understanding the ways of the Imams some are blindly following the self appointed Mujtahids in the guise of calling to Kitab and Sunnah. And moreover they want to neglect the abundant treasures of knowledge of Madhab which was deduced from the pure messages of Qur’aan and Sunnah and is tested by the passage of the long centuries and they overcame the threat of the different periods of time.

    Most of the scholars which the Muslim Ummat provided are the followers of the four Imams in Fiqh and the two Imams in Aqeeda. Why did they ‘blindly’ follow the Imams instead of taking the Fiqh directly from Qur’aan and Sunnah? There are many scholars who memorized more than one lakh of the tradition of The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. But they did not claim to be able to find out the Ahkam from the Kitab of Allah and the Ahadeeth of The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. They merely want to serve Islam by spreading the messages understood from the Imams of Madahib. Why? Because they wanted to go astray or to take the Muslims to the path of Satan?. No. it is impossible. The reason is that they understood that The Holy Qur’aan and Sunnah are not the things to be played with easily. And they knew that the research of the sources of Islam is a difficult task which only a chosen fellow can do. The Ijtihad Mutlaq (The unconditional research) demands many condition only a grace few will be bestowed with such a position. By these reason we want to state clearly to those who visit the site, to put in mind that we say the things which are directly or indirectly stated by the Ulamas before.

   And one important thing is that the site is strictly sticking on the necessity of following one of the Four Mad’habs in Fiqh and one of the Two Mad’habs in Aqeeda.

And now the Fiq’h Mas’alas in the site are following The Mad’hab of Imam Shafii Rahmatullahi Alaihi. And insha Allah we will try to include the Mas’alas of all the Four Mad’habs without delay.
