most of the real estate buisiness is based on guess. it is against Islam? you can sell only the property you own. before you own the property it is not permisssible to sell it to another. bcz it is not yours.

Real estate buisiness is nothing but the buying and selling of the lands. And in my opinion there is no objection from Islam in this business if the conditions put by Islam are kept by the buyers and sellers.
