Salat of the disabled of the components

Salat of the disabled of the components

 Takbeer and other voice components

If anyone id unable to pronounce any of the voice components because of the born dumbness that component is not applicable to him. If the dumbness is new then he has to move his tongue with the words and then by his mind. If anyone is not able to use Arabic it is obligatory to learn. And if the time is narrow he has to translate to any language and he should repeat Salat if he is responsible for not learning.

Fatiha

If he is unable to recite Fatiha, seven verses of Quraan (similar in size of Fatiha, considering the number of letters, ie, 156 letters) are obligatory. If he is unable to do that then seven types of Zikr should be recited (similar in size of Fatiha). If he is unable to this also then he has to stand some time enough to recite Fatiha. If he is able to recite some part of Fatiha, he has to recite it in its place and to bring the Quraan or Zikr in the ignorant parts. And if he is unable to complete with Quraan or Zikr, he has to repeat the part of Fatiha he knew.

Qiyam

If anyone is unable to stand on his own he has to seek other’s help. And if he did not get a helper he has to perform Salat sitting. If he is unable to sit then he has to perform lying on one side and then by lying on the back.

Rukoo’a

If he is unable to do Rukoo’a without the helper he has to seek his help. If he is not able to bow the minimum of the required he has to bow as much as possible. And if he is not able to bow any way he has to gesture  with head then by eyes then by mind.

I’atidal

The inability of I’atidal is like that of Qiyam

Sujood

If he is ill to raise his back over the head he can perform Sujood as possible and no repetition is required. But he is not able to do the same because of the movement of the ship he should do as much as possible and has to repeat Salat. If there is some cover on the forehead and there is some more difficulty in removing it he can perform Sujood on it without the repetition of Salat if there was no Najas under the cover. If there was Najas which is not forgiven he has to repeat Salat. If he is unable to put any of the organs of Sujood that component is not obligatory for him. If he can perform Sujood by the head or on the side of the forehead then he has to do that. And if he is unable to Sujood except on the pillion then he has to perform Sujood on it if there is turning upside down. If there is no turning upside down the putting on the pillion is not necessary.

Sitting

If he is not able to sit between two Sujoods or in Tashahhud and Salat and Salam, he has to lie on side then on the back
